Wishing and Washing

I realized something recently: I'm incapable of committing to an event more than a month advance (hell, more than a week in advance and I get antsy). This especially becomes a problem when it comes to planning vacations, buying concert tickets, etc. etc.

I'm wishy-washy. Maybe even ... commitmentphobic?

Anyway, long time no write. It's been a very busy time. A very complicated time. And I'm still busy, but less complicated. Opaque enough for you?

Some dribs and drabs:

• I hate hate hate seeing myself on video or hearing myself on tape. It actually makes me want to vomit, yet for work, I now have to do a podcast ... that is recorded on video! And it'll all be available on iTunes. Yikes.
• I'm in love with Jemaine from Flight of the Conchords. I saw the duo at Radio City Music Hall last week and ... heart!
• So I've been Twittering but I'm still not really sure about its usefulness. And the whole Ashton Kutcher vs. CNN race for a million followers just made me think, "This is breaking news?"
• New shows I'm liking: 'Southland,' 'The Unusuals.' New show I will give a few more episodes: 'Parks and Recreation.' And if you're not watching 'My Boys,' that's just criminal.

9. Attend at least two: Knicks, Rangers, Mets and Yankees games

Here Comes the Sun

I love spring.

It's not my favorite season in New York (that would be autumn). But is there any better feeling than being able to shed your coat, turn  your face toward the sun, hear the birds chirp and see the trees bud?
